Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Medical Surgical

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care by developing and evaluating care plans, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure effective communication, patient education, and appropriate delegation of tasks.
• May precept students and new staff members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Maine RN license or ability to obtain.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work Environment & Benefits
