Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Med Surg

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans
• Maintains and communicates patient conditions
• Collaborates across disciplines for care coordination
• Educates patients and families
• Delegates tasks to staff and may precept students and new hires

Qualifications

• Maine state RN licensure or ability to obtain
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Key Duties

• Works 36-hour night shifts (7p-7a)
• Participates in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Supports patient recovery and safety while adhering to organizational policies and standards
