Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Inpatient

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions, monitor patient status, and modify care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safety standards.
• Manage procedures such as IV insertions, Foley and NG placements, and telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in staff meetings.
• Ensure compliance with departmental protocols and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Over 1 year of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and clinical skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and respond promptly to patient changes.
