Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessments
- Monitors and documents patient conditions
- Collaborates across disciplines for care coordination, transfers, discharges, and support needs
- Educates patients and families
- Delegates tasks to ancillary staff
- May precept students and new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, clinical skills, and ability to work in a team environment are essential
Key Duties
- Works 8-hour night shifts, three shifts one week and two shifts the next
- Provides high-quality, specialized care in a supportive team setting
