About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU - Intensive Care Unit to provide direct clinical patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, planning, and delivering care to assigned patients based on their needs.
- Developing and modifying care plans for newly admitted patients.
- Performing specialized procedures and documenting nursing care accurately.
- Coordinating patient care through a multidisciplinary approach.
- Supervising staff and supporting high-quality, safe nursing practices.
- Provide patient assessments, develop care plans, execute medical interventions, ensure documentation accuracy, and support staff competency and resource management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
- Certifications include BLS, ACLS (within 3 months), CPI (within 3 months), PALS (within 3 months), and NRP (within 3 months for certain roles).
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing.
