About the role
Provide direct care to critically ill adult patients in a state-of-the-art ICU facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions
- Collaborate across disciplines for care coordination
- Educate patients and families
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Precept students and new hires
Qualifications
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of RN experience in acute care preferred
- Prior CCU experience is a plus
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, MOAB recommended
Skills
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
Flexible schedule of 30 hours per week, primarily day shifts with weekend and holiday rotations.
