Join Vaughan Regional Medical Center in Selma, AL, a 175-bed, Joint Commission–accredited community hospital serving the Black Belt area of southern Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
• Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
• Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
• Participate in discharge planning process.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Associate’s degree required.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)--must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date.

Qualifications

• Licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL.
