Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health to provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes across Eldon, Versailles, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and revise individualized care plans based on assessments and physician orders.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the treatment plan, monitor patient reactions, and document progress accurately.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Educate and supervise patients, families, and other health professionals involved in care.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality assessments, and educational programs.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Preferably experienced in home health or critical care settings.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.

Schedule

Work involves skilled nursing visits with flexibility for full‑time, part‑time, or PRN roles.
