About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and practice regulations. Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, administer medications, and document care thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care, translating complex information for understanding.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with required certifications including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and NIH Stroke Scale within specified timeframes.
• Ability to collaborate with care teams and act as a patient advocate.
