Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care setting, coordinating unit functions and supporting staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate, customize, and deliver care.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
- Support improved outcomes through collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to enhance performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling and resource management.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS & ACLS) certifications obtained within 30 days of employment.
