Role Overview: The Progressive Care Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, focusing on pre-operative and post-operative nursing for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Key Responsibilities Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting any changes.Perform procedures and administer medications as ordered.Document care accurately and promptly in medical records.Monitor patient responses to treatments and medications.Maintain knowledge of relevant medications, procedures, and equipment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.Current state nursing license and BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months.Minimum of one year nursing experience in cardiology or critical care (ICU, ED).Strong interpersonal, team, and basic computer skills.
