Responsibilities
- Perform procedures

- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes
- Manage evidence-based practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care outcomes
- Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment plans to promote recovery and ensure holistic patient management
Qualifications & Skills
- RN license
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (within specified timeframes)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within six months of employment
- Strong communication, teaching, and teamwork skills
