Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, incorporating evidence-based practices, and adapt care to meet individual patient needs and cultural diversity. Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using critical thinking and research-backed standards.Partner with patients and families through effective communication and shared decision-making.Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.Support performance improvement initiatives, research activities, and shared governance.Serve as preceptor or mentor to promote a competent and healthy workforce.Participate in developing protocols, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.Proactively plan care across the continuum and optimize resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience preferred.Knowledge of evidence-based practices, regulatory standards, and effective communication skills.
