• Initiate and update systematic patient assessments.
• Accurately document assessments and diagnostic data using appropriate systems.
• Interpret and respond to assessment and diagnostic data, including lab results and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Participate in rapid response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS certification at hire.
• ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience preferred.

Pay

• $40.85 to $55.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

• Full Time - 12 Hour Shifts - Day Shift 7:00a-7:00p.
