Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Days

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking. The role involves partnering with patients and families to tailor care, respecting cultural diversity, and utilizing effective communication methods. Key responsibilities include coordinating care delivery, documenting accurately, supporting performance improvement initiatives, and promoting evidence-based practice and research. The nurse also serves as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and a healthy work environment. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, active RN licensure (single or multi-state), and BLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience is preferred. The role requires excellent teamwork, communication, and adherence to policies and standards. The nurse supports resource management and participates in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
