Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time Days

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, providing individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice under licensed Nurse Managers, adhering to evidence-based standards, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and the ANA Code of Ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using clinical judgment and evidence-based practice.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to cultural and demographic needs, partnering with patients and families.
• Coordinate safe care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork, supporting performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentorship, and research activities to foster a competent, collaborative workforce.
• Promote evidence-based practice, uphold organizational policies, and contribute to quality outcomes.
• Support resource management and develop protocols for optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred).
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
