How You'll Make An Impact
- Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process: Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans
- Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues
- Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification
- ACLS preferred
- CRRN Preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
About the Role
Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis. The hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, multiple trauma, cancer, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.
