Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - PRN

About the role

Join as a PRN Clinical Nurse Float to provide flexible, high-quality patient care across various inpatient units (excluding ER and ICU). This role offers exposure to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment, supporting quality patient care and staff coverage.

Responsibilities

• Supporting staffing needs by floating between units and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to clinical standards
• Educating patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care
• Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Developing individualized care plans and communicating effectively across care teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and ability to work independently
• Current RN license and nursing diploma/associate's degree; a bachelor's degree is preferred
