Responsibilities
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
- Documents patient care provided.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Affords patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current state RN license.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
- One year of Emergency Room RN experience preferred.
- BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, & Handle with Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Basic Life Support certification.

Pay
$10,000 Two Year Commitment Bonus
