Responsibilities
Organizes and provides nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Delegates care responsibilities to other nursing personnel based on their qualifications and job descriptions.
Contributes to the facility’s mission and goals, and complies with relevant regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
Responds to emergency calls, assists ambulance teams, and safely transports patients to medical facilities.
Education Qualifications
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing school
- RN licensure in state(s) of employment
Licensure/Certification Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
- Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 2 years

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation range: $37.10 - $55.65 per hour

- RN Hiring Incentive Eligible Position: Up to $7500 (ADN), up to $10,000 (BSN)
