Registered Nurse (RN) - Educator

About the role

The RN Educator develops and executes staff education and professional development programs to enhance patient outcomes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with staff and external organizations to create and evaluate training and continuing education programs.
• Participate in promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years with a Master's degree.
• Current RN license and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
• Experience in telemetry, cardiology, or critical care is advantageous.
