About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Educator specializing in Imaging Services to lead professional development and ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for radiology staff and ancillary personnel.
- Mentoring nurses and Radiology Technologists to promote clinical excellence and safety.
- Coordinating orientation, in-service education, and quality assurance projects to enhance procedural outcomes.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to advance nursing practice and improve clinical results.
- Engaging in patient care to maintain clinical competence within imaging settings such as Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic Radiology, and CT.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited program.
- Approximately two years of clinical imaging experience.
- Experience in staff and patient education, quality improvement, and program development.
- Valid California RN license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
