About the role
RN Educator supporting the Radiation Oncology Department with a focus on staff education and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop and present training and continuing education.
- Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Work with leadership to identify staff educational needs and create tailored education plans.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning activities.
Qualifications
- BSN required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years for preferred qualifications.
- Valid RN license; Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.

Schedule
