About the Role
A Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. Acts as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.
- Provide safe, effective, and individualized care according to policies and procedures.
- Prioritize patient needs, coordinate patient flow, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Serve as an educational resource and advocate for patients and families.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
- Mentor and contribute to a supportive, professional work environment.
- Support quality improvement, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety standards.
- Participate in shared governance activities.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Valid RN license and multi-state licensure if applicable.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and other relevant licenses.
- Professional competence, ongoing development, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
