Per Diem Registered Nurse in ICU, providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to critical patients.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and plan patient care
• Utilize the nursing process
• Supervise unlicensed staff
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes and safety
• Deliver interdisciplinary patient care
• Promote safety and contribute to high-quality patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current Illinois nursing license
• Graduate of an NLN-accredited school (BSN preferred)
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications
• Minimum two years of recent critical care experience with telemetry competence
