Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Role Overview: The Per Diem Registered Nurse provides safe, effective, and compassionate critical care in various locations, primarily during night shifts, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process.Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in interdisciplinary care.Communicate effectively with team members to promote safety and high-quality care.Contribute to safety outcomes and positive patient experiences. Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license; BSN preferred.At least two years of recent acute critical care experience, including telemetry competence.Required certifications: BLS/CPR and ACLS.Ability to demonstrate telemetry skills within 14 days of hire.
