Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs, ensuring safety and adherence to standards.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and facilitating communication among care team members.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in professional organizations.
• Mentor and support the development of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and incidents accurately, supporting compliance and quality standards.
• Support organizational goals by engaging in quality improvement, safety protocols, and professional growth activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.
• Current RN license, with multi-state licensure preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and relevant life support certifications.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care coordination, communication, and teamwork.
