Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

About the role

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to ICU patients. Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Supervise and direct unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety. Contribute to high-quality patient experiences and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Work independently during night shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Participate in a flexible per diem schedule across multiple locations
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications & Skills

• Current IL nursing license required; BSN preferred
• Minimum two years recent acute care critical care experience, including telemetry competence
• Valid BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications
• Ability to demonstrate telemetry competence within 14 days of hire
