Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an intensive care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including admission, transfer, post-op, and discharge evaluations.
• Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient data, diagnoses, and protocols.
• Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Recognize patient condition changes, implement appropriate interventions, and ensure safety protocols.
• Deliver specialized care, including restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain professional growth through participation in committees, education, and research.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable states with a minimum of one year of RN experience.
• Certifications in BLS, ALS, and adherence to safety and infection control standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key duties

• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality, and service excellence.
• Contribute to performance improvement and evidence-based practice.
