Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Night Shift

Role Overview: This position is for a full-time RN in Critical Care, working nights in Arlington Heights, IL. The role involves patient assessment, data collection, and coordinating individualized care plans to ensure safe and effective interventions. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring clarity and safety.Communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.Educate patients and families based on assessed needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain current nursing standards and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school.Valid Illinois nursing license.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Compensation & Benefits: The role offers hourly pay ranging from $36.00 to $55.80, with a minimum of $37.25 starting from the second paycheck.
