About the role
Position: RN - Critical Care - Nights. Location: Arlington Heights, IL.
Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments and collecting health data involving patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Coordinating patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.
- Communicating effectively in person, via phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.
- Providing individualized education to patients and families based on thorough assessments.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
- Maintaining current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Schedule
Part-time, 24 hours/week, 6pm‑6:30am, every other weekend.
