About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse Coordinator responsible for leading and supervising nursing, technical, and support staff in the Operating Room. Works in a fast-paced clinical setting requiring frequent walking, standing, and lifting; provides care across all age groups with exposure to infection control protocols and PPE; supervises a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, assistants, and technicians. Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current New York State RN license
- CPR certification
- Professional specialty certification when eligible
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Relevant certifications preferred
