Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Role: The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for managing a departmental unit, coordinating staff scheduling, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Providing patient care according to standards, supervising and delegating to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and monitoring care effectiveness. Assisting with staff training, onboarding, and annual competency assessments. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high customer service standards. Managing daily staffing, addressing staff performance, and implementing departmental improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an Arizona RN license, with at least two years of relevant clinical experience. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialized training in areas like bariatrics or wound care are preferred. Effective communication, decision-making in high-stress situations, and change management skills are essential. Key Duties: Overseeing patient care, staff management, training, and customer interactions while ensuring regulatory compliance and departmental efficiency. Additional qualifications include a BSN, management experience, and relevant certifications in specialty areas.
