About the Role

Responsible for managing all aspects of clinic operations, including nursing, business administration, and staff relations. Provides nursing services as needed and ensures efficient, cost-effective clinic functioning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic activities, manage budgets, staffing, and services.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in budget planning, facility improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain open communication with providers and monitor medical activities for quality care.
• Handle staffing processes, staff development, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
• Uphold mission, values, and standards of care.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively, with adequate visual acuity and hearing.
