Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily clinic operations, including financial management, staffing, and service delivery to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect data, prepare reports, analyze statistics, and address operational issues.
- Assist in budget and business plan development, monitor clinic performance, and recommend facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Maintain open communication with providers, coordinate medical activities, and oversee credentialing and licensure.
- Administer staffing plans, resolve administrative and medical issues, and promote a positive, professional work environment.
- Perform nursing functions as needed, including patient care and staff training.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
