About the role

The Clinical Operations Manager oversees all daily functions of a healthcare clinic, including nursing, administrative, and medical staff coordination. They manage financial operations, staffing, and service delivery to ensure efficient, cost-effective care that aligns with organizational mission and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic operations, including budgeting, expense control, and facility maintenance.
• Collect data, prepare reports, analyze operational statistics, and address issues or escalate to leadership.
• Support budget development, monitor business plans, and recommend improvements or equipment purchases.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Maintain open communication with providers, coordinate medical activities, and ensure credentialing and licensure.
• Lead staffing processes, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and employee development.
• Address administrative and medical issues, fostering a professional and positive work environment.
• Perform nursing functions as needed, adhering to accepted standards and principles.
