Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered perioperative care by performing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based standards. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate with patients and families, and ensure care is culturally sensitive. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in protocol development, and uphold organizational policies and ethical standards. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled workforce and promote research and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experienceAssociate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (Bachelor's preferred)RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact)Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)Proficiency in clinical standards, teamwork, communication, and critical thinking Key Duties: Coordinate safe, personalized perioperative care; participate in quality and safety initiatives; support professional development; and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
