Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating - Full-Time Days

Role: The RN Clinical Perioperative Nurse is a proactive team member responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in the operating room setting. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Providing relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families through effective communication and education.Coordinating safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and promoting a respectful, inclusive environment.Participating in performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Serving as a preceptor or mentor, supporting professional development, and upholding organizational policies, standards, and ethical practices.Supporting resource management, protocol development, and data collection to optimize care and safety. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state Compact).BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.Strong clinical, communication, teamwork, and professional development skills.
