Registered Nurse (RN) - Circulating - Full-Time Days

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to individual and cultural needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care within a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice activities.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote workforce development.
• Support development of protocols and optimize resource use.
• Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, teamwork, and evidence-based practices.
