The anticipated hourly wage range for this position in New Jersey is $46.47 - $64.93. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards, adhering to ethical standards as outlined by the ANA code of ethics.
• Ensure safety in practice, including reporting hazardous environments (e.g., damaged floors, unsecured areas) and medical errors.
• Assess and understand the patient population served, setting and evaluating priorities through appropriate interventions with measurable outcomes.
• Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members, collaborating with other patient care providers.
• Utilize the nursing process to integrate all aspects of care, individualizing plans to address specific patient needs.
• Act as an individual practitioner and interdisciplinary team manager, maintaining awareness of own knowledge and experience while advancing the skills of self and others through communication and resource utilization.
• Perform additional duties as required; responsibilities may change with or without notice.

Requirements

• Active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Operating Room experience (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Qualifications

• BSN (preferred).

Schedule

• Per Diem (as needed) with a minimum requirement of 2 shifts per month.
• Day Shift, Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 6:30 AM–6:30 PM.
• No weekends or holidays.

Pay

$46.47 - $64.93 per hour.
