Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health

We are seeking compassionate RNs to provide direct and indirect care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical and psychological conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with organizational values. Collaboration with the treatment team and documentation of patient goals and interventions are essential. Qualifications include a valid RN license, preferably a BSN, with knowledge of behavioral health modalities and trauma-informed care. Crisis management, de-escalation, and time management skills are required, along with CPR certification. Prior experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient settings is preferred. Skills needed include flexibility, creativity, multitasking, and professionalism in stressful situations.
