Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients using the nursing process
• Develop and evaluate care plans
• Monitor and communicate patient conditions
• Collaborate across disciplines
• Educate patients and families
• Delegate tasks appropriately
• May precept students and new staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of acute care RN experience with this patient population
• Valid Maine RN license or ability to obtain
• BLS and MOAB preferred
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A commitment to ongoing learning

Key Duties
