About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role within an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based standards and promoting individualized care that respects cultural diversity.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
• Valid RN licensure, including multi-state compact.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of nursing education.
