Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist with basic patient needs such as feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to supervising nurses.
- Follow hospital policies and procedures related to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
