Role: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg (FT Days) Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.Practice within a clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers, the WellStar Shared Governance Model, and evidence-based standards.Uphold nursing standards per the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics.Support patient voice, system policies, and service excellence goals. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in Georgia or privilege under eNLC.Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.Experience in direct patient care; national certification in specialty area preferred.Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and critical thinking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond decisively to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.
