Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - MedSurg (Full-Time Days)

About the Role

Provide high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team in an Acute Care MedSurg setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by delivering evidence-based nursing care.
• Adhere to institutional policies and support service excellence goals.
• Practice under the guidance of Nurse Managers within a professional model that emphasizes research and best practices.
• Uphold the standards outlined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.
• Advocate for patients, families, and colleagues while maintaining system policies.
• Promote a culture of compassionate care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia or under the eNLC with a valid BLS card from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty areas is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and utilize clinical technology effectively.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
