Registered Nurse - Acute Care - MedSurg (Full-Time Days)

Providing high-quality, safe patient care within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to patients, families, and significant others.
• Work within a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and leadership, guided by the WellStar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practices.
• Adhere to the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and system policies.
• Uphold the voice of the patient and support service excellence goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia or privilege under eNLC.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in direct patient care; national certification in specialty preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology effectively.
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
