About the role
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team in an acute-care MedSurg setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinate individualized care plans and partner with patients and families to meet their goals
- Deliver care according to evidence-based standards and organizational policies
- Support teamwork, accurate documentation, and performance-improvement activities
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for new staff
- Promote research and evidence-based practice
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Valid single- or multi-state RN license
- Current BLS certification
