About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Performs the nursing process and delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members and participates in performance improvement and research activities.
• Ensures compliance with policies, promotes evidence-based practice, and supports resource management.
• Acts as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and maintains competency through ongoing education.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal, teamwork, critical thinking, and time management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree required.
• Preferred direct patient care experience.
