About the role
The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practice.
Responsibilities
- Performs the nursing process and delivers relationship-based patient-centered care
- Collaborates with healthcare team members and participates in performance improvement and research activities
- Ensures compliance with policies, promotes evidence-based practice, and supports resource management
- Acts as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth
- Maintains competency through ongoing education
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience
- Valid RN license (single or multi-state)
- BLS certification
- Basic computer skills
- Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree
